Navigation Cleanup: Fixed a "Ghost Screen" bug where resending a code would stack multiple OTP screens.

Input Validation: Added strict digit-only filtering for phone inputs to prevent crashes caused by accidental spaces or dashes.

Button Responsiveness: Fixed a "Double-Tap" issue on the OTP verify button that caused codes to expire prematurely.
