USMDDirect RPM — Remote Patient Monitoring
Monitor your health from home with USMDDirect RPM. This app connects to your medical devices via Bluetooth to automatically track your blood pressure, oxygen levels, and weight. Your readings are securely shared with your healthcare provider so they can monitor your health remotely.
What you can monitor:
Blood Pressure — Connect your blood pressure monitor. Take your reading as normal and the app captures it automatically.
Oxygen Levels (SpO2) — Connect your with your pulse oximeter. Your SpO2 and pulse rate are recorded in real time.
Weight — Connect your weight scale. Step on the scale and your weight is sent to the app instantly.

How it works:

1. Log in with the credentials your doctor gave you.
2. Pair your devices through the app (just once).
3. Take your daily measurements as normal.
4. The app automatically picks up your readings via Bluetooth.
5. Your doctor can see your readings on their dashboard.
