This app is asking for ID card picture and asking for selfie with ID card without allowing us to give watermark on the pictures. Looking at how bad customers protection in Indonesia, it is NOT SAVE to upload the selfie with ID card without putting any watermark as a form of accountability to those who require those pictures.

It's been two days and I am still stuck on the verification process. I've absolutely no idea what makes it take so long. I registered on workday. There's also no statement at all informing us how long we have to wait for this verification to finish, or whether we passed this process or not. I think it's gonna be quicker waiting for my illness to heal by itself, honestly...

Even I'm using book for appointment on the exact date and time on 2pm-3pm.. You can't get the appointment when u come to the hospital 30 min before the appointment, coz they said , morning only for the children patient..(but why I can book on that time) Unuseful online booking.
