Very Frustrating! I recently became a Caja Rural customer and want to do online banking. However, I cannot access the app on ANY of my devices. It just keeps telling me I'm entering the "incorrect information". I went to my Bank Branch this morning, the young lady at the bank plugged in all the info and voila! She got into the site!! I just don't understand. She explained what I had to do, I came home and did it on my tablet....but no. STILL no access. Very, very frustrating.

Worst banking app ever Always something wrong with this app that means I cannot access my account! Now I cannot access my account without a code that is sent by SMS except the SMS never arrives. Emails to the Dev team, central office and my branch all ignored. Will be changing banks soon to one that has an app that works

SamsungPass fingerprint access doesn't work so i have to enter login details all the time. Otherwise, very good. Edit: So I followed the developer's instructions and now I can use SamsungPass. Ahora seguro y perfecto! Gracias a equipo de Ruralvia! :)
