Kindly improve on your service towards your add credit, response or feedback information to customer. I would like to request to add Paybill to Perbadanan Bekalan Air Pulau Pinang. I am very angry with their horrible service! call no answer, even if they answered my call I can't talk long, line gets cut off after the 30 second talk limit, if I call again they won't answer already. I use this app to pay my webe phone bill, but something went wrong and the bill was not settled,I called them for assistance but there was no answer, WhatsApp no reply, what kind of service is this! terrible service! I wanted to introduce this app to my friends, but with this kind of service, I backed out.
The digi seems to have some problem. Do we have to send tbe customer away coz we does not provide digi topup? Or we can use the digi sabahsarawak even in penisula?
Kenapa sangat lembab. Kena tunggu 2 jam ke baru top up tu boleh transfer disebabkan hal ni saya kena refund balik duit customer. Tolong buat sesuatu dengan perkara ini

top up sudah success tapi orang x terima lagi,terpaksa refund duit,rugi la macam ni.😡
