Users equipped with the PTI/DATI (Lone Worker Protection/Lone Worker Alarm Device) application must first have their organization’s code to access the platform.
Coupled with suitable terminals (rugged smartphones or tablets), SafeProtect automatically transmits distress situations. The position of people is communicated, in the event of an alert, via GPS positions or, optionally, in buildings (Indoor, requires the installation of beacons).
In the event of danger, the worker can alert his company or a remote monitoring service in real time, voluntarily via an alarm button, possibly remote. Depending on the desired configuration, the application automatically detects abnormal situations (immobility, falls, shock), including when the Smartphone is in standby.
Positive security indicates the level of user protection at all times.
The application connects to the SafeProtect platform hosted by RTE Technologies and offering an availability rate greater than 99.9% (24/7).
Your call center or team manager is alerted in real time by SMS, email, telephone call and via the platform in the event of a problem.
The application is available in a free edition with voluntary alarm, immobility detection, shock and fall, SMS alert (1 alert contact)
