Worst customer care service and network coverage Poor customer care service. I am fed up in just 3 month. No response from customer care service. I think reliance communication have worst customer care service in india. All customer care agent have poor knowledge. Please can't go with reliance. They are not replying on mail also. Poor network coverage. They are just eating your money and time. They are not activate roaming on my mob number since 2 days after generation of request. All the executive are in sleeping mode, no one caring customer problem.
Worst service Showing 2 types of bill one in instacare and another to the customer care Executive system. They are always says that "sir we can't see your details right now can you please call after some time".
Network The worst signal, which drops very often. Since two days it's like showing hell. I have opted for MNP and they just have made the signal still poor. The 2G Jalsa plan on which I ported to Rcom is no more working. The height of the issue is to connect to the customer care center too I have to wait for signal or repeatedly restart my phone to receive it for a minute or even less... Patience being tested
Worst company ever Everytime I Recharge my no. Company deducts the amount by activating any service without intimation or if intimate name of the service is unrecognizable. And the whole amount is deducted gradually within 2 or 3 days whether Recharge us of rs. 10 or 100 or more.
Worst customer service across telecom industry Poor customer service though have 3 connections of reliance. Without any intimation services get disconnected or added. E.g. call conference facility was dropped stating on my request though I haven't made such. Spoke to customer service as per them they will not be able to do so and it is to be done at Reliance Store. Visited store as well but they said to wait for 1 hour to do so though there weren't absolutely any rush at store
Auto degradation of main balance without any information I have recharged my a/c and instantly they cut some of my balance. I didn't notice because there was no messages. After one day, they again cut my balance. Again I didn't notice because this time also no messages about it. On third day I check my balance. It was low. After calling customer care, they said that they can't return the cut balance.
