It has become worst network and unable to connect to customer care When ever try calling the call does not connect and to report this issue if we call customer care it will not connect at all. Very sad old customers are not at all valued. And if we visit reliance store they say server issue is going on seriously tired of using this Reliance GSM
One of the worst & fraud network. of India. I have used many operators in my life but my experience with reliance was worst of worst. They are thief frauds. It was only a month passed from purchasing this sim and they fraudulently made my loss. of Rs 400. Balance used to deduct automatically, validity of data used to expire before it's time and many more frauds. Than i was so. fed up that i took the sim out and burnt it. Now that sim must be resting in peace. So please don't ever go for this network.
Fake commitment from CS for MNP after MNP no network at work place Reliance CS commited that if u get full nework of JIO then u get full network of reliance also.but since join the reliance network not a single call at my work due to network not available and same complained many times to CS by call but no response what so ever so if u not able to provide basic network at your own Reliance mall property then not anything worst. Please dont cheat to customer........... .
Worst customer care service and network coverage Poor customer care service. I am fed up in just 3 month. No response from customer care service. I think reliance communication have worst customer care service in india. All customer care agent have poor knowledge. Please can't go with reliance. They are not replying on mail also. Poor network coverage. They are just eating your money and time. They are not activate roaming on my mob number since 2 days after generation of request. All the executive are in sleeping mode, no one caring customer problem.
Worst service Showing 2 types of bill one in instacare and another to the customer care Executive system. They are always says that "sir we can't see your details right now can you please call after some time".
Network The worst signal, which drops very often. Since two days it's like showing hell. I have opted for MNP and they just have made the signal still poor. The 2G Jalsa plan on which I ported to Rcom is no more working. The height of the issue is to connect to the customer care center too I have to wait for signal or repeatedly restart my phone to receive it for a minute or even less... Patience being tested
