If you want to travel, don't use the app, go directly to the service centers and ask them. I booked a trip via the app and in the end, there was no scheduled bus at that time, the booking messed up and my ticket showed something almost entirely different than I had booked. It took a guy from our hotel, since we don't speak arabic and a little "fee" to finally get our ticket in order.

I don't know where to even begin from, the app is full of bugs that I don't think the developers are unaware of because they're too obvious to miss, but I eventually decided to delete it once and for all when the payment stopped working altogether and wouldn't get fixed for weeks (which, ironically, is the ultimate purpose of the app). I don't recommend it to anyone.

This is by far the worst transportation experience I've ever had. From the terrible bus rider to the unbearable air conditioner which barely worked. Needless to say it took forever to even reach my destination whilst I could reach it like an hour earlier.
