I love how it's one of the few training plans / apps that really take beginners into consideration - like being able to set the target time for your first 10K to be 90 minutes - and explaining interval/speed/tempo runs so that a beginner understands what they mean and more importantly gives the actual target pace for those runs based on your target time. The negative is that it seems abandoned considering the latest version is from March - I hope that's not the case! There are some quirks in the generated training plans. In my plan I noticed that in week 3 it tells me that I now have over 6 weeks of experience to know how to pace myself. Week 6 implies that I was told about the pacing on week 5, not W3 and that I have done the same workout in W4, when it's actually W2 on the 8-week training plan. W3D3 description tells me to run for 30 minutes but the actual section where you input your data says 35 minutes. Also I'm not sure whether I should really include the 1,5 km warm-up + 1,5 km cool-down (by jogging) to easy runs and long runs, as well as interval and tempo runs, like the app implies. Also wondering what would be the best days to go swimming 2x/week when doing 4 runs/week?
loved this app I found this app to be very easy to follow, it was very informative, and I just ran my race & completed it in under my target time. Hoping they get this for iPhone users so my friends can use it too!
The register button does nothing so can't even logon. Uninstalled.
I did my first 10k just basis this app and remote guidance from the coach. Then I went on to doing the HM.
Crashes The app crashes every time I open. I am using HTC one M7
Love it! This is what I exactly needed. This is awesome.
