Ratings and reviews

Twice in the last week, I attracted 2 new species of butterfly with 100% fused rare flowers that I took weeks to harvest, and both times the eggs would take approximately 4 hours to incubate. Both times, I played a few minutes then close the app to return later, just to find the eggs gone (BOTH times). And the flowers used and gone so I can't even use them again. I've messaged support twice to find out what happened and see if they can at least give me some consolation. NOTHING.

I cannot give enough props to the Runaway Games team. Great games and a WONDERFUL customer service! I lost about a year of progress when I broke my phone, didn't have the player ID, it wasn't linked to Google...I thought I was going to have to start over when support confirmed they couldn't recover the account, but they were able to boost my new account with points close to where I was when I lost access to my account.

Haven't played in a hot minute, so I was delighted to see all the new changes! Love that some past event sets have been added to the core sets, and that I can now buy Amigo flowers with Flutterbucks! The additional expansion spaces are also wonderful to have! I've played this game on and off for years, so it's wonderful to see it get a glow-up like this! Would love to see more event sets added to the core sets over time for those of us who don't have the time to play events to the end. 💚💚💚
