GPS flop, nice overall program I had purchased this app for my iPhone & it was great, so I didn't hesitate to spend the money again when I switched to an android. The app and program are great, but the GPS is nowhere close to accurate. Very disappointing. I would not recommend if you intend to use it to track your runs.
What a waste! I should have trusted the negative reviews, and not trusted my previous experience with Hal Higdon's programs. Maybe I missed the point of the app? I would have been better off printing out the free training program, turning on on my i-pod, and hitting the road. Don't waste your time on this one.
I think I'm missing something? App didn't work the 1st day of training. 2nd day it worked but there are no buttons to take me back to view my activity. Am I overlooking it? This is not interactive. Is there another one?
Galaxy S5 Great training prog but rubbish app. Will not save my runs so I can review them, no user guide or help buttons - necessary because it is not intuitive. Not worth the money, get the prog from the website or book and use Map My Run FREE instead!
Maybe it's just me It's probably the android os but the GPS tracker was very inaccurate and kept resetting my distance (but not the time) which was very frustrating. Also could not get the start date to reset for some reason... The app may not be the problem but either way it it's not going to be a helpful tool on this journey. Still will use his training program though!
Good app Overall good app but I would like to be able to log all workouts in the journal in addition to the runs. Can this be done? Also, I don't understand how the fastest mile is calculated, it would be nice if this could be explained.
