5* coaching for a couple of bucks! 5K101 is the perfect app for anyone looking to kick start their fitness and aim to run 5K in 8 weeks. This fantastic program includes detailed coaching from Todd so that all you need to do is select your workout, your favourite music and head out the door or on the treadmill. 5K101 takes all the guesswork out of knowing how long you have been running or when it's time to slow down. This program has literally taken me from the couch to 5K and beyond! It's simple and easy to use. The difference between 5K101 and other C25K programs is the quality of the coaching. Todd knows just when encouragement is required to keep you going and delivers it well :) I have been a fan of Running Mate for a few years and this Android app is a fantastic tool all around. Cannot recommend it highly enough.
Great. Good app. I had the Apple version for my iPod, which I recently lost. I've had my new Nexus for a week now and downloaded this app. I still really like it. The only thing I don't like about this version is that there is no mapping option (there is one on the Apple version). I'd like to keep track of how far I've gone without having to download another app.
No music I had used the 5k101 C25k podcast in the past, which has music. I'm highly disappointed that the app has no music.
