Awesome and so easy to use! I'm using the 5K trainer option and it is surprising how much it has motivated me to go running and stick to the training plan. I seriously doubt I would have stayed with it if I had not been using Running Trainer. Highly recommend.
Absolutely excellent app, I love how it documents your runs so you can see your progress. You can listen to music, check your pace/distance on the go and the app notifies you that you have reached different stages of your run; no ads, no hassle! Definately recommend.
This app has great reviews, and covers all the distances, so I gave ot a go....but if you want to get past day one you have to pay $4.99 for the full version. VERY misleading. Nobody dowloads a free training app to stay on day 1.
This app is one of the best running apps out there of not the best. It tracks your runs; pace, time, distance, etc.. and NO ADS! I trained for my first marathon on this app so I have used it a lot. Great app, highly recommend it.
Training programs are basically 3-4 training days per week. I am doing the marathon plan which is 16 weeks long. Some of the workouts are tempo runs some are interval training workouts, some are just long runs. The coach tells you when and how to run through audio cues. Well made. So far no problems. Would recommend.
Love this app. Just started and it's keeping me motivated. I'm using the 4 weeks to 1 mile training option. Simple and easy to use. Would like to see a line graph of my stats after the run plz, thx
