Once the phone is rebooted for the first time after pairing, it takes forever to connect to the Orbit. Update: this is becoming annoying. Sync doesn't work anymore. It syncs other numbers than displayed on the orbit. Total garbage. Update: don't brush your teeth wearing your Orbit unless you want hundreds if steps to be added to your totals! Update: should get zero stars, since support is useless. They recommend useless actions to try to fix. They don't test the issues although many users experience these exact problems.
I constantly have to reset the orbit and remove the me app and reinstall the me app in order to get it to work. I have exhausted all options. It lasts about a day and then stops syncing up with the app. I like what it is but not what it does. I purchased the orbit because it was supposed to work with my runtastic apps but so far it doesn't sync properly. I am disappointed :(
The app was working find before... but now everytime i turn airplane mode on then off, my phone can't connect to my orbit watch anymore. The data on the orbit will not sync with my phone and i could not get notification to show on my orbit. :( Update: I can repair my orbit but the same problem occur everytime i restart my phone or turn airplane mode on then off...
1. I can't load my data from my account to the app. It's endless process in the app. 2. The Orbit bracelet counts steps wrong: I must move my arm very hard to change step counter. The issue is observed about the last year. Environment: The both problems are reproducible with different mobiles/tabs. The first problem was fixed by me with creating a new account in runtastic but after a little time the problem returned. The year before the problems was perfect: orbit and app worked right.
Installed, uninstalled, reinstalled works for one day and stops working again. The process of these actions do not allow you to keep an accurate count of what you are trying to achieve. This has been happening since newest Android release. No action from Runtastic to try and correct the problem except to follow the above listed steps which do not work for more than one day.
Recent problems with synchronizing orbit and app. Intermittent connection. Have to keep resetting or reinstalling. Only been happening for last few weeks after 18 months or more or less perfect operation. Have tried all suggested fixes with no significant improvement.
