Why this app not work with Android 7 as well as Android 6... It seem work but it always show recovery. 2 day ago, i were open this app while I cycling mountain bike. Actually i ride more than 40 KMs, but this app tell me ONLY 23 KMs... Why?

Doesn't resume the workout ! If something happens to the phone, and you have to force restart the OS, the app does not resume the mileage ! Please try to work a fix for that ! After 70 km covered, I've lost my entire route and work because the app couldn't resume what I achieved that far. The map, it's upside down when in use and cannot adjust the direction I'm going to ! Make the map rotate so it follows your direction to have the upcoming area always on top it ! This is elementary ! Fix it please !!!

Using this (paid) app for years, first on iOS, now on Android. Have many recorded rides. Would give it 5*, but since recently any recorded trip shows max speed 23 km/h, though I know some sections were faster. App shows intermittent red-only sections (i.e. no color gradation, just plain red) wherever speed was actually exciding 23 km/h. So, app "knows" speed was higher, yet plots wrong color trail and legend. Please fix or advise. Alternative is for me to abandon the app.

It failed again today. I cannot understand what's happening. In the past used to work very good but now since that last updates it fails. It does not record the track and miss the data. Definitely very disappointed. I will start from today to use another app.

I loved it before. Recently discovered it can connect with MI band 1s which could be used for HR, but since this last version it cannot detect it anymore unless you have done it in some older version and then upgraded. In new version it doesn't detect it. Please fix ASAP!

Avevo letto brutte recensioni, ma usando da anni Runtastic pro, non credevo fosse possibile. Purtroppo ho dovuto constatare personalmente quanto questa app sia inaffidabile, nelle prime tre uscite ho avuto 4 problemi diversi. Ora anche se apparentemente funziona alla fine non calcola più le calorie. Samsung S5 aggiornatissimo. Se fosse possibile vorrei indietro i soldi, grazie. (per principio) Aggiornamento del 21-4-17: Dopo varie peripezie finalmente sembra funzionare tutto a dovere. La valutazione a 4 stelle è dovuta essenzialmente alla mancanza della possibilità di far girare la mappa in direzione di marcia come qualsiasi navigatore. Spero implementino presto.

Completa e integrazione con maps fantastica. Nuova versione è grandiosa, aggiunta registrazione dei picchi di velocità, precisa e combinata con la fascia cardio da il meglio di sé...ovviamente ci vuol uno smartphone di degno rispetto per godersela al meglio e apprezzarne ogni features. consigliata vale ogni euro speso

Excellent. Love tracking the trails! Not very accurate (less than rode trail), but like most trackers, it's a good motivation tool. I'd guess the phone's GPS is often "blocked" by trees; thus the less than rode data. My Fitbit Surge does the same. A Cateye would be more accurate I think.

Be aware - no support I changed phone to Nexus 5x. App does not communicate with Google Fit. To email I have sent they replied that I need to "create a ticket" on website. Ooops! They have hidden the "create a ticket" option so I could not find it. What a support. Will find other application that provides reasonable support. This is the first time I give an application single star (no option for no star).

The best Overall a great improvement. Better look and feel. Stays resident, better coach voice, better history (all of my past issues were addressed and solved), works smoothly. Some unneeded changes. Coach is too verbose with countdown and mile verbiage is annoying. I liked the mile "splits" of last upgrades instead of the less useful overall pace. Would appreciate the ability to choose either. I prefer split times whole riding to compete with myself better.

Highly inaccurate I'm using it for few months and noticed I'm losing about 5% of my distance compared to my old unsupported app. Finally got around to compare it to other apps running simultaneously on my phone during the same ride. "map my ride" a couple of rides and "ride with GPS" on a couple of other rides. I also run my "Cateye Stealth evo+" that I got last year for my road bike. All tests gave the same results, runtastic is inaccurate and also shows more inconsistency then the other I tested. Unrecommended until fixed.

So far, so good! But now has issues. This is my first day using the app and I was impressed; especially with the live option. So far, I love it. Today is 5/25/2016. Now, I am not happy with the change you made to Pause and Stop. Keep them separated. I press stop and the app starts up again. I don't get an accurate measurement of my workout. This makes mad since I paid extra for the Province version. Fix it please.

Still Unreliable and stops whilst training If I start the log with any activity, it runs with GPS automatically. I'm going back to back-up version 2.0.1 then this faulty version 2.2.1 It constantly stops midway and asks if you wish to restart!!!?

I bought the application because of heart rate monitoring which is not available in the free version. It works but the functionality is very basic. For example, real time tracking of heart rate zones is not implemented. There are many other more functional free apps. If I had had trial period for the app, I wouldn't bought it.

Latest update has some bugs Not a fan of the new voices, and most irritating bug I've encountered has been that occasionally I can't resume after a manual ride pause, everything is greyed out and can't pause, or resume the session. Seems to happen if the app has to refresh

Incredible Potential I enjoy the tracking features, but the website is barely useable with the pop-ups as well as the changing placement of buttons. What is worse, most of the functionality requires the website. It would be wonderful if the cheers could add a notification on an Android Wear device. I do not wear headphones in the woods.

Unreliable tracking, PRO I downloaded the free version to give it a go and track my shorter riders. It worked flawlessly. Based on that I went PRO. Since the puchase 3 days ago I've ridden a few times. Constantly drops GPS signal. Since signal is dropped it does not record any of the stats. The ONLY variable that changed on my ride, same route each ride and placement of phone, is temp and pressure. Both of which should have zero effect on the stats I use. I'll wait a ride or two before uninstal to see if it's resolved.

Map doesn't track. Loved it on my Gs5 but I just got a Gs7 and I hate it.. even bought the pro version to see if would get better and nothing.. Map doesn't track, it just draw a straight line between starting point to end point and it also skips areas on the trail and I am riding the same trails I did on my Gs5...

I just had my first test ride, maybe I cant use app but its quite disappointment. Elevation profile is displayed on time scale. You cant swap time with distance to display topographic profile which is one of the most important cycling info. On my test ride elevation gain was overestimated by factor close to 2. If your phone has barometric sensor Runtastic app can't read from it. Edit: Elevation profile solved in new version. Despite this is "PRO" version annoying popups "upgrade to premium" keeps shoving on every click on Runtastic website. Two more con's: can' read from third party cadence sensor and can't import 7,2 MB TCX file (despite declared 10MB limit).

Needs to be updated Crashes a little to frequently in Android 7/Nougat. I know the main Runtastic app has been updated several times since this app has been updated. Hopefully this hasn't been abandoned.

Subscription based The app works fine on my galaxy note 3 and does what I need it to do, but the price of $5/month seems a bit steep. I overlooked that it is a recurring payment on my phone bill and could not find a simple easy way to cancel the subscription through the app. I ended up putting subscription blocker on my phone's account.

Does not guarantee its basic functionality Don't get me wrong, it has lots of good features, however it does not do what it's supposed to. It likes to restart session in the least expected moment, and forget about your last 15km. Also I'm suspecting that it greatly exaggerates amount of burned kcal. And as an cherry on top there is no individual support, at least not that I could find easily, which is unacceptable for a paid app. I would recommend that you choose MapmyRide instead.

Auto pause won't work This app is very well designed and simple. The statistics it delivers are very good and I use it to continue improving my level of fitness. I don't like that the auto pause feature doesn't work. It dilutes my mph stats.

I really like how runtastic keeps track of almost all my activities. I do have a request though. Can CHECKPOINTS be added to routes? I mountain bike on the same route allot and there are a few moments where I say to myself, "Yeah! I made it to the top of this hill. I wonder how much time it took me this time" Runtastic is great at breaking down how you did for each mile. That is great for terrains that don't change much. For mountain biking it would be better to breakdown data between checkpoints as certain trails are allot more technical than others. Using checkpoints to separate these sections would help analyse the ride allot better. "how well did I do on this trail or section." Mile markers are great but very rarely divide up a course that varies in terrain accordingly. For example, A trail that I ride often, Stillwell Preserve in Syosset, New York, has an easy warm up trail for about 3/4 of a mile before the hairy stuff begins. My first mile always contains data from both easy and technical terrains. All of the rest of the mile markers have similarly jumbled data also because between each mile marker there is uneven mix of easy and technical terrain. STRAVA has SEGMENTS!

Crashes a couple times a week for the last year (even when not being used). Get "internal error" message whenever I push the fancy looking "start" button at the top... Guess I'll never learn what it does. I like the voice readout, though.

Could improve on GPS tracking, mostly shows a different route than the one I rode, hence calculates distance wrongly. Eventually the statistics displayed is absurd. Synchronisation to Google fit doesn't works. I am using OnePlus Two powered by Marshmallow.

Great app but has become unstable Been using this for the kast 3 years odd...great app...but lately it seems to be freezing up recording longer rides...like 2hours or more. I listen to music..use the HR monitor..and sometimes have to stop the app as it has frozen for some reason. A wishlist for me for this app is a kind of follow me for my wife to always know im safe. Perhaps installing the app and "follow" me with all my stats..position etc...that would be REALLY great. We ride in some unsafe areas..and roads are always dangerous.

Great By far the best MTB app out there, but where is the android wear support like they have for the running app. Would be great if they added in trail routes as overlays. You can view the routes by using the open cycle maps, but you have to zoom in to view them, and also know where they are.
