Hi although this app is very effective, however the reason for me to give it a 3 is, it dosnt have any option where my queries can be answered by an expert even after taking premium subscription. The question i posted was... this is my 2nd week routine and can alternate this workout with weights training in my gym using dumbles and other equipments. Also do you have some personal training app for effective weights/strength training in gym. Please revert with some option where I can consult an expert. Thank you.
Good but could be better : like all fitness application the level of push up is too high for me from the beginning. The exercise doesn't look based on the test we do at the beginning of the training. Also Its annoying to have to click to pass to another exercise when training.a voice recognition could be nice. And the stretching aren't explained for some I don't feel any stretching... I don't know if I'm doing it the good way or not. Finally notification for when to do the exercise could be nice or sync calendar to Google calendar.
This app promotes losing weight, yet it's designed for very fit people. All these exercises are very difficult even if you put it on the beginner setting, I purchased the premium membership hoping for more beginner friendly exercises, but didn't find any. I had very bad joint pain from the intensity of the exercise. This is NOT your a good choice if you want to loose weight. This was a horrible waste of my money last year, and I didn't know how to cancel the subscription and they charged me this year too with NO REFUNDS!! $100 down the drain.
Took me two days to figure out how to contact support and another week for them to answer the ticket. Also the app does not have an option to indicate if you have any injuries and what movements it needs to avoid. No stop/pause feature.
This is a great app, I'm only started so here goes. As good as the app is i still have to put in the work 😥😁 Time is a problem for me, but when i have the app remind me to do my workout i tend to follow through.
Just getting back into exercising and I'm terrified of the gym and people watching me and judging. This is a great starting point.
