I'm in week 22 now and made some great progress.
I'm just getting started with this app and so far I really like it. The exercises are good and the instruction videos are excellent. I'm a little out of shape, so I've been doing the warm up and stretching routine daily to build up my stamina and flexibility before starting the 12 week program. I believe a good warm up and stretch is important to do before a workout. I have found that my flexibility is not so good and needs a lot of improvement. While the stretch routine is good, I believe the program could benefit from larger selection of stretching routines. While the sport style stretches are good for limberness, I would like to see at least two more stretching routines added with increasing intensity or depth. Great Program
Subscription renewal doesn't work, I mean it works for Runtastic, they took 60 euro from my account but the application is in a loop and although it knows the subscription was renewed, it cannot continue. I contacted support but they are exercising delaying tactics, no outcome, application still useless.
I have been using this fantastic app for seven weeks and I love it. I like the variety of the program. It is customizing my exercises based on my needs, which I direct based on the feedback I provide. Is like having my own personal trainer. Strongly recommend.
Good App, terrible customer service It auto-renewed for a year, it does not work. Contacted customer service, nothing, no answer! 60€ gone down the drain?
Very good. Would like ability to modify exercise during workout if been too ambitious or to state which part of exercise was way to tough at end. E.g. star jumps easy, burpees hard
