Love this app! My only complaint is that one of my favorite oblique exercises, heel touches, isn't one of their over 200 options. Sad face.
I have been using it for 8 months now ( two cycles of 12 weeks each) and I must admit I got pretty good results in terms of body shredding. I tend to eat whatever I want without counting calories (but I pay attention to nutrients grossly, meaning that I don't eat over- processed food) and still my body shape improved dramatically (mostly during the first cycle when I associated two/three runs per week, less during the second cycle). My only doubt is the progress test. I didn't improve at all in that test. I took it three times and I got more or less the same results than before starting the plan. My questions are how can this test be specific to different people if it isn't specific to the same person at different levels of training, and how personalized can be a program based on such a test? I hope the app administrators have an answer to this.
Funtastic Runtastic app. Helps me stay fit also when the air outside is hazardous in Delhi. Good job. Love the video exercises though!
Great app, unfortunately it doesn't seem to cope well if you get interrupted by life midway through a workout. I'm ready to move on to my next workout but the app won't let me. Would be helpful if it was a bit more flexible.
Awesome app. It has all the body excerise based on the categories. It aims in building core muscle which is the essential part in training our body. If we strengthen that , we are good. Best one to use for everyone if we want to get in shape without going to gym.
