Overall I like it. The program seems about right for my level. The workouts are intense and focused. There are some things that need fine tuning though. For example, my program is for 5 exercise days. I did my 4th fairly late last night because I got home late from work. Today is Saturday and I wanted to do my 5th day's exercise early this afternoon. But the program won't let me do it and says "you can start your next workout tomorrow". But I needed to do it today as tomorrow I won't be able to. I don't find any way to modify this.
I got this app in order to do HIIT workoutson my non lifting days. The workouts have varying degrees of difficulty and time so you can choose the right one for you. The provided tutorials for warmup and workout are helpful for all fitness levels. The included timer with announcement at 30s and 10s allows you to focus on the workout without looking at your phone or watch. The premium features are worth the price but the free version is plenty for those just starting their fitness journey. There is more to praise about this app but I recommend you download and try it for yourself.
It's a really good app. I have some suggestions: could you leave an alternative for exercises of impact? (sometimes my knee hurts and I just need a break from impact exercises) it would be good to have a space to ask specific questions about the exercises too. And, any chance of you guys launching a yoga runtastic app?
1 more day and im done with my 12 week course. Couldnt see my result that much (still hiding behind my fats) but i can feel it. Im doing push ups, sit ups and other things way easier now. I bought the 1 year plan so ill keep doing it.
The routines/variety/instructions are all good quality so I bought a subscription at the start of the year. Ever since I moved into the city this app's been too inflexible for me to keep using though. -There's no option to leave out the high impact exercises that disturb the neighbors -There are no training reminder notifications -There's no option to change your mind about whether you want to do 3, 4 or 5 workouts that week if something comes up.
This app is useless unless you spend 10€ per month to have all Workouts and the schedule you really need. I can spend the same amount in a Fitness Studio and will have personal Trainers helping me out and all kinds of Workout machines. 10 Euro is just not worth it.
