Hey, love the workouts and training plan. Just excellent! One thing I wish would change is the 24 hour wait for a new workout on the training plan. I cannot always wait for the timer because of my work/workout schedule varying. Please either lift this or reset it at midnight! Thanks
The app is OK. The app doesn't take into consideration that users come in every size and shape. For those of us who are overweight, obese, diabetic, etc., it has no starting plan. It jumps right into Flat Out Burpees, Situps, Squats, & Pushups, using a model that's already in top shape. For us who are 300lbs plus, that's unrealistic and can certainly do more harm and injury than good. I thought it would provide a personal plan that does more cardio, walking, and mild workouts for larger guys/gals. Not user friendly at all...at least for larger/heavier beginners.
I don't want to register before get any information from your app. And i don't ask any questions so keep your THANKS in. Registration is not standard practice from first app start screen - and here millions of apps without. Still much helpful then yours. At least give me some workouts/tips before push me to go to the registration form and collect my personal email ...and probably sent me a lot of useless emails... "Apps that require users to share personal information, such as email address and date of birth, in order to function will be rejected." - from Apple. You just misuse simple review process from Google Play. Cite from your answer: "All clear? Victim of the tragic phone..."
*UPDATE- it's always good to know that the developers are actually reading taking care of the comments. Keep it up guys/gals!* I'm not updating until I can see what the update is consisting of in the "what's new" section. Where is it?
Keep getting push notifications even though I've turned it all off. The "mailservice" is annoying as hell and I've tried several times to unsubscribe but it's really confusing to do so. Don't get this app
Best workout plans to get me from couch potato to losing 30 lbs and continuing. Did it at a great incremental pace that didn't over stress this 56 year old body.
