I'm just getting started with this app and so far I really like it. The exercises are good and the instruction videos are excellent. I'm a little out of shape, so I've been doing the warm up and stretching routine daily to build up my stamina and flexibility before starting the 12 week program. I believe a good warm up and stretch is important to do before a workout. I have found that my flexibility is not so good and needs a lot of improvement. While the stretch routine is good, I believe the program could benefit from larger selection of stretching routines. While the sport style stretches are good for limberness, I would like to see at least two more stretching routines added with increasing intensity or depth. Great Program
I have been using this fantastic app for seven weeks and I love it. I like the variety of the program. It is customizing my exercises based on my needs, which I direct based on the feedback I provide. Is like having my own personal trainer. Strongly recommend.

Shame. Was looking forward to using this. I know it's not much money but to get a workout scheme you need to pay. Would of thought you would of got one week free. I don't want to pay just to find out if give up a few days after I use it. So of ur willing to pay go for it looks like it would be good
