Its an ok app. It doesnt make you sleep better for sure. It depends on your movement to track your sleep. So.. if you be still for a while (even not sleeping) the app says you were in "deep sleep" for that period.. Im not judging. Just saying the app its not accurate. Even so.. it gives you some nice statistics (if you understand some of them - like efficiency?!).

I LOVE this app. I struggle with nightmares, and this app is incredible for tracking if I remembered a nightmare. I can write a note in the comments section for each night. I also can track caffeine, stress, exercise, watching TV, so many things that are so good for learning better ways to take care of my body! Also I love that it shows the deep and lower sleep cycles as I drift deeper into REM sleep, and as I start to gradually wake up. This app is above and beyond what I had wanted for a sleep tracking app. This is by far the best one that I've ever been able to find! Thank you so much for this incredible app!! I am a follower, supporter and believer for life!
Why didn't the alarm go off? I was late my first day of work because this stupid app didn't go off. The phone was plugged and not muted. Unreliable. Would not recommend.
Great user interface and cool features but the app is not working properly. I cancelled my sleep after 40 minutes been complete awake the whole time. It said I had 10 minutes of 'deep sleep' which was definitely not the case.
Even with the pro it's blast you with Ads and freezes up when trying to bypass them
Nice and clean UI, very interesting to take a close look at my sleep statistics!
Has major bugs that make the app unusable. Not worth it.
