Amazing I love all of their apps! Finish all of them and you may not be a 5 star athlete but you should be well-balanced enough to branch into a specific area of training with minimal risk of injury. This trains you to start training to your full potential.
Nice app Would be good to have a possibility to disable the "screen cracking" feature in settings or some other way of seeing how many squats is left to do.
Good in general The app is good but there are few annoying bugs. Notifications are not working, does not schedule calendar event. The progress from free version been loose after upgrade to PRO.

So far so meh Can't edit my profile from a year ago. I could only find the option of changing my profile pic with my ex. Also tried to uncheck/unselect share on fb but it wouldn't uncheck no matter how many times I tapped at it. Don't need to tell the whole world that I did 12 entire squats. Annoying! Also why am I starting training there when I can already do 100 squats a day? I can't find another option. Not so sure this was worth the $2 but I'll give it a shot.
Really good! I don't like that cracking glass effect.
