Definitely the worst!!! I uploaded all the documents they requested, including a selfie, and waited 5 days for them to review everything. After 5 days, they finally reviewed it and rejected my Social Security number, even though it is valid. Immediately after that email, I received another message saying that my account was closed and that they do not want to reopen it. The saddest part is that I use the same documents—the only ones I have—on every other sportsbook without any issues.

Honestly, if I could get this casino app less than one star and then I would. The only reason I tried this it's because it was advertised that you get $250 for new players to play with. That never happened. most of the games kept glitching logging me off mid spin. Then I'd log back on and an alert would say that the reason I was logged off it's because I was logged in two different places. I lost $500 in 4 days without one single bonus.

At first it was great! However, now I feel like they're a rip-off! I started taking videos and screenshots to prove my point about all the glitches and interruptions to include getting logged off right when a big win was going to happen. Or if I'm doing ok, it will glitche to where I have to back out and go back in, and all progress was lost and no more doing good. I know for a fact they don't follow the fair gaming, and its not just on a random spin! Very disappointed
