Dependable Been a customer for over 10 years now and the one problem I had rushcard handled it promptly. Always get my money when I expect sometimes earlier. Wish there were cash bonuses for being a long time customer though. Other than that, awesome.
FANTASTIC APP I'm so excited to finally be able to have this App. I've had a Windows Phone for such a long time and now I have an ANDROID. I can have the Rush Card APP. I love it, ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!! I've also been a member since 2008. Obviously I just can't be happier. The one challenge, Customer Service is EXTREMELY FRUSTRATING! They can't ever understand a gotdamn thing!
New Update Every since the new update I am no longer able to access "Load Check with Ingo". I spoke to customer service and they arent able to assist me with this issue. Such a huge inconvenience for me.
From bad to worse Can not log in, keep getting error messages, blocking account after one login attempt. Calling customer's service is the ultimate in futility.
Logging in There's always an issue logging in saying you have exceeded the amount for verification. When I have not even touched the app yet all day to attempt logging in. It is very annoying annoying I have said something about it before to customer service it needs to be fixed. Since an app is suppose to be quick and easy so you can find out your balance instead of going through the hassle of calling up the phone number and getting your balance that way.
Ingo isn't working I would give it 5 star but lately rushcard had been tripping. My ingo keeps saying error. Need another update
