I was unable to use the app because it would not accept the pictures I took of my check. It took me a whole hour and still I was unable to get the system to accept it. Also the system kept giving me an error telling me that it could not locate me even though I activated my GPS. I wasted my time and energy on this. NO I WILL NOT RECOMMEND THIS APP TO ANYONE. IT IS THE MOST INFURIATING APP THERE IS!!

Can't log in Had my account unlocked twice and still can't use it. I have to call everytime to check my account balance.
Bullshit company Bullshit company... Russell Simmons need to do better or whoever owns rush now... They changed banks and routing numbers without even letting anyone know.... Now my checks from my job aren't coming in when they are supposed too... Customer service is NO HELP AT ALL... They trained just to say I'm sorry.... I've been with rush for a long time and there is still no convenience from them. Just close down already
Rushcard I hate their customer service they do not understand English well and they don't help with any issues you have with them. This is the worst debt card place and app. The app is useless you can't log on and customer service takes too long to help you if they not hanging up......I hope they shut this place down I'm going back to a real bank at least it's better service.
Stupid app Every time I try to login the app keeps saying wrong password. I gotta keep changing my password to login. Really? Y'all really need to fix the bugs with this app. I mean what's the use of having a app that doesn't work. I know y'all see all these complaints and y'all still haven't fixed it. Ugh
