Updating this app sucks Ever since you updated this,app it does not work. I can't log in, tells me constantly there is an network error. Maybe you should fix this asap since users don't want to have to call on to manage there accounts..I mean that is the whole point of having an app right???
Bye Rush!! App and website do not work. Cannot check my transactions. A lot of money is missing from what the automated says is my available balance! After I "find" my money I'm done with them!
Can't add a card My old card expired and I can not add my new one to the app or to my online account. I called the customer service number. I pressed zero and was "transfered to cutomer service" after about literally 10 minutes of no answer I hung up. I have not used rush card in a few years but I loved it then. The only upside is that I havent put any money on it yet. Wow.
Use to like it until the update... Ummm ever since the maintenance thing took place a few days ago the app hasn't work well since.. I can't even tell if my direct deposit went through. The website isn't anything and when I called customer service I was on hold for an hour!! I can no longer login with my 4-digit pass code because it won't let me type it in.. Also my fiancé can't transfer money to my account anymore.. Plz fix asap!

DO NOT GET A RUSHCARD You get your paycheck no sooner than if you are using the paycard at work NO CUSTOMER SERVICE TO SPEAK OF. They always hang up on you when you do get a hold of someone. I took my money off and ran...Mr. Simmons you lost 4 loyal card holders from this upgrade you've made
