Ratings and reviews

App worked well previously. We selected or dates, looked at a few options, picked one and booked. Then we started getting messages about "custom" quotes from other ones that had met the criteria. SPAM! Asking us to confirm or deny booking another camper for the same dates we already booked one... multiple requests a day. As we have a camper booked at this time I can not delete the account but will be after this booking is complete. Confirmation process is a panful joke as well.

When I returned the trailer there were some damages. It's been over 8 months now and they haven't assessed the cost of those damages, so they're holding the deposit in the meanwhile. They aren't barely responding my emails even though I've explained many times I need this solved asap.

Issue with communication inside the app. Each time you try to type the letters get mixed up. The typing and communication experience is not fluid. Please fix that.
