Ratings and reviews

When I returned the trailer there were some damages. It's been over 8 months now and they haven't assessed the cost of those damages, so they're holding the deposit in the meanwhile. They aren't barely responding my emails even though I've explained many times I need this solved asap.

The review below is for the RVezy service, not the app or independent RV owners. I will never rent with RVezy again. I purchased their 24/7 roadside assistance option and I unfortunately had to call them during my trip. Apparently 24/7 really means nothing to them. They never came to help, there was always an excuse like "sorry we can't find anyone to help you because it's a weekend". NOT recommended.

Issue with communication inside the app. Each time you try to type the letters get mixed up. The typing and communication experience is not fluid. Please fix that.

What's new

With this latest release, we're making the RVezy booking process even better for both hosts and guests:
- RV guests can now easily submit requests for changes to their upcoming bookings
- RV Hosts can now accept or decline the change requests submitted by their guests
- RV Hosts can now set booking preferences on their listing to gather more helpful information from their guests
