The app was recently redesigned, and this new design earns a low review from me. The old version was clunky and outdated, but it was at least generally usable. The new version is basically completely unusable on a phone screen for most of the things one does during mobile banking, such as checking account activity. The new design of the app was terribly designed for mobile usage. The whole app basically requires "landscape" orientation to be usable, even on the large screen of my Galaxy s10+!

Useless I'm able to log in online no problem but apparently the app doesn't recognize my ID or password. Not sure if it's because I just made the account

I was hoping there had been updates to the interface since the most recent reviews. Unfortunately, I don't see much difference. I can read my account information, but that is about it. It feels clunky, outdated, and definitely not user friendly. I much prefer the online interface to the app.
