Ratings and reviews

I use the app to book First World Hotel room and did a digital check-in on the day of travel. It was convenient 👍🏽. But the server was pretty slow to upload check-in info into My Trip. When scrolling pages, it also quite laggy too.

Something is very wrong with this app. I tried multiple times to launch and relaunch the app but it just got shutdown by itself each time. Restarted my phone wouldn't help either. I am running out of time to utilize my Awana Skyway ticket, vouchers purchased or redeemed. And I was told by the RWG staff at Chin Swee Station to buy physical ticket again! In summary this app can become disastrously very unreliable though it has been working fine most of the time.

I have no idea why sometimes it shows that it can redeem a free standard cable car voucher, and another day the voucher disappears, then another day it comes back. Frustrated if you want to use the voucher on the day, the voucher disappears again...
