Really great app! Some good insight into breaking up and let's you write down feelings. Only thing is you have to start day one of break up. I got this app almost a week after my breakup and it won't let you just go to the day you are really at. So it didn't quite match where I was really at. If they added a feature where you can put what day your at right when you get the app that would be helpful!

I didn't know what to expect from this app, but decided to give it a try. It's a good app. Simple enough not to overwhelm you with information, but still targets important ideas to reflect on each day. Some of the ideas are not new to me but I like how they are organized with daily reflections & actions. Emotions can make us feel scattered and confused. This is a good tool to organize your thoughts and gain clarity for your present.

Writing this several months after the end of a relationship. No app can make you feel better, but this did add some insight and logic to a situation where my 'heart' couldn't really see the facts, and wanted things to be different from how they actually were. I used the app for the first six weeks. It helped me avoid going back into the relationship. Only now am I removing it after remembing that it's still there, and the notes that I wrote in the app are interesting. There's a word limit so....
