Problems trying to send message for several days. A month later it shows I have unread message and that my provider disabled messaging which neither were true just got off the phone with them.

It's not recognizing my name, date of birth, and code sent to me by email. so I can't even set up account! Provider sent me link on two occasions and I was able to get passcode numbers, but it won't accept my info.

The app says I have unread messages but I can't see any of my doctor's messages. So now I get to wait a month before speaking with him.
