In clinical practice, patient-profiles are complicated, and antimicrobial strategies must be tailored to the unique scenario. Thailand Antibiogram provides geolocated bacterial resistance data for physicians and pharmacists. Antimicrobial susceptibility reference information is gathered from hospital in-patient data across the country. Susceptibility reference can be drill-downed on specific wards or specific pathogens, and ranked on susceptibility percentage to support clinical decision-making at the point of care.
