wors.t experience of my life booked ryde made me wait for 3 hrs after that told me to come to highway despite no transport at that time went there. he left without informing made me walk 5 kms. switched off his phone, niether call center nor owner answered my call. i lodged FIR against these people including the driver and owner and ibiboryde. will go to the consumer court as well for this mental harassment. this company should be banned.
Very very bad app. only to make fool. I want to give this app -5 in 5 but there is no option for -5 because I booked cab and pay 700 Rs but no one is there at pickup place and no one is picking phone and no one call me. There is no option to cancel booking.no one responsible to get money back. This is totaly fake app. please uninstall and rate it 1.
Worst... Worst.... Worst Total waste of time.... Took 1 hour 10 min more than said.... There should be demarcation wether the cab is A/C or Non.... Paying 500 for non ac travel with waste of time is total combo.... For a bakwaas service......REALLY THIS IS THE LAST TIME I HAVE USED THIS APP.... WILL NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE.....
Most pathetic and fraud service This is a fraud system run by ibibo. What they promise at booking and what they deliver are very different. There is no passenger safety what so ever. Above all, very rude cab operators and irresponsible customer care who does not know how to resolve queries. Ibibo- you should run Ryde properly or rather close it down. You have a reputation at stake, don't leave it at hands of some idiot small operators and maintain some quality in your customer care. People trust your brand, don't play with their belief.
the features are not user friendly. It does not give authority to car owners to approve a ride rather a ride request gets auto approved. It does not allow to modify seat offered. It does not have cash payment facility. You cannot cancel any co-traveller for whatsoever reason. If you offer to&fro ride and suppose you want to modify any of them, even if no seat is booked, the app does not allow, in such case you need to cancel the ride and re-enter.
Pathetic Unprofessional Services Booked an innova from delhi to Lucknow , the driver used foul language and stopped the car in midway refusing to take us further. We were left stranded on Greater Noida highway and after an hour of persuading he agreed to move on offer of paying him extra cash. He was a drug addict, smoked weed profusely on the way and was driving very easy. Unsafe and highly obnoxious journey in my life. You guys create app to mint money from customer and no focus on providing quality services post payment. Sucks
