It's been 2 months, the app crashes everytime I try to book a cab. I have money in the wallet which I am not able to use since it keeps crashing. Hopefully you guys can resolve it asap.

The mapping system on this app is atrocious. Taking drivers on detours and slow routes during rush hour. And the estimated time does not take into account traffic and road conditionsat all. Very disappointed and not a worthy competitor to the other ride hailing apps in the region.

Super unreliable and terrible way to charge customers. The $5 referral is rewarded in Coins which if you want to use, you need to top-up to the exact taxi fare. If that is not problematic enough, there aren't many riders, 2nd riders cancel on you frequently. Then the worst is if the price goes up, you'll need to top up a minimum of $5 cause excess money to be stuck in the app. Extremely scammy and not user friendly. Please use something else or get better Ryde.
