frustrating driver matching. while I'm aware topping up RydeCoins is non refundable (it was $80 top up received add $16 additional free coins) , the price selection and the driver matching is problematic. Received a driver that is 13 mins away from pickup point. Please do better with matchmaking drivers and customers, not majority have a long patience time!

App GPS is often inaccurate. Only Ryde drivers would turn into the wrong building at my workplace while other Apps do not. I do see at driver app instructions to turn to the wrong building, despite address is correct. Also U able to choose pickup point using GPS drag and drop point. You need to update your functions

In app navigation is a complete disaster. It'll be a much better help your drivers if you tell them to use Google Maps and not use your inaccurate navigation system. Results in them never being able to find the pickup point after ten minutes of driving in circles.
