App takes ages to load. When you get a notification it takes you not to the new message like every other app, but to the notification tab which is always empty. Even if you are in the app replying to a message, you get an email about the message. Those are just the major annoyances but there are more minor ones too.

Atrociously lacking optimization. App often hangs when the notification is tapped, which keeps the user from seeing the latest messages. Interface is not back-button friendly, so it often closes the app when it should return the user to the main chat interface. Notifications configuration is a joke. If I didn't need it for work, I'd get rid of it forever. Classic case of "we're paid, who cares?"

The app has a totally unclear user interface, and it's not always showing the newest information, sometimes you need to refresh multiple times. BUT this is not the biggest problem, the server back-end is teribble it's so extremely slow you sometimes better off closing the app altogether and try a couple of minutes later.

What's new

Fixes issue where Direct Message push notification was opening the app in Notifications instead of user chat.
