Ratings and reviews

Extremely disappointing service. The channels keep getting disconnected and when I try to add them back from this app, it shows "error". It's been at least 6 times that we've called their representative in the last two years, who charge 300 per visit. Plus, the channels and packs are expensive. They claim that they deduct charges only when you watch TV, but this is totally false. Even if the set top box is left on pause, the fee is deducted.

The worst app. They don't even allow the users to modify the pack. If my account balance expires today and I want to recharge after changing my pack, it won't allow us to modify the pack. They will say that one month free when recharging for 12 months but they won't give. The days will get reduced in your account. They will justify that they revised the package amount.

worst service , despite paying for the channels I can't see those in my set top box , helpline is pathetic and there is no way to escalate the matter . Sony channels have a major issue and have constant interruption. this feedback is about the set top box as I don't know where to complain about it .
