Extremely disappointed with Tata Play. I paid specifically to watch a FIFA World Cup channel, but it kept showing low signal issues. I refreshed the channel multiple times, yet nothing worked. When I called customer care, I was kept on hold for nearly 25 minutes. After finally connecting, the executive disconnected the call without solving my problem. I paid for a service I couldn't use and received terrible support. If there were an option to give 0 stars instead of 1 I would.

This is an unscrupulous company that allows you to set up Auto Recharge at the click of a few buttons but puts customers through a torturous and inconvenient process of sending physical forms to cancel the auto debit. Apparently a Tata Company that cannot get even basic functionality to work. Takes less than a day to set up a new connection but 3 days SLA to review a complaint. Google should remove their App for unfair practices.

Whenever the Recharge is nearly due, the missing channels which I can't view automatically gets into list and its viewable. After recharge, within 4-5days Those same channels gets lost and couldn't find in the list. tried to explane to the concerned team but even they can't figure it out. this is happening since One year.
