Ratings and reviews

1 star. App is very slow and buggy. Add/drop channels not working despite sufficient balance. It shows "Recharge your deactive account" incorrectly. Please add volume control option in app. Full screen mode does not work properly. Previous aired serial episodes are not visible. Pack cost and NCF charges feel too high. Customer support keeps putting calls on hold. Please improve app performance and fix these issues.

Developers of app please note. After recent update. it is not possible to see the previous episodes of any channel. Please check. I have also given complaint to Tataplay, but it has not been rectified yet. In previous version it was possible to view previous episodes as per date selection. So please rectify it at the earliest. It is also creating bad impression about "TATA"

The requests keep open since one month or more....no one bothers to attend...If the technician comes also once in a while he deducts the visit charges and go...least bothered whether your problem is solved or not ....will come again after one month so that he can charge you again....this app is good for nothing..... very bad service now.
