Horrible Customer support for fixing issues... Very frustrating experience. Cheated smartly. I want to give -5 Rating. I have requested to upgrade my setup box, but They're only rescheduling the visits. They don't care about customers. Take your set top box and antenna return and refund me my money. Very poor service better switch to some other professional/ standard brand.

This is the worst app that i have ever used. Very poor experience. There is no provision for contacting call centre. This app only supports adding the channel. It creates issues with dropping the channel. Poor experience. I m changing to something else. I don't want to give even one star..

One of my Tata Secure plus not working. Service request 4TJ9ZWHL. To my surprise, the service requested has been closed by itself. It's been six months, and every time I send a mail, I receive a call from customer care stating that the technical team will contact me to solve the issue, but it's all in vain; until now, no technical team has called me. The issue still needs to be sorted. Please take back one of my Tata Secure Plus devices and refund my amount as soon as possible.
