Not terrible, but There were two things about the exercises I didn't like. The first is that the instructions have you stand up at the end of each posture, even though every posture is on the floor. I also found the breathing too fast; I would rather have been started off with clear instructions, then left to time the breathing by myself, especially right before bed. And finally, for a paid app I expected more. There were 4 or 5 brief postures, and that was it. No introduction, no options, no choice of postures. Uninstld
