I recommend this to clients Of course, I can't recommend something to everyone in the world, everyone is different. But I have found this app useful both for myself and for a number of my therapy clients. Many clients in psychotherapy benefit from practicing mindfulness techniques. This app makes learning to do mindful breathing very simple. Some people who struggled with motivation to learn and practice mindful breathing because it seemed too difficult seem to do well with this app. I love that the settings are so customizable.
Nice app for quick mediation breaks I use it daily two or three times a day to clear my head from work stress.

This has helped a lot. I've only had this app for 4 days, but I upgraded to the full version for more advanced breathing exercises. It has really helped my anxiety become more manageable.
