But I have found this app useful both for myself and for a number of my therapy clients. Many clients in psychotherapy benefit from practicing mindfulness techniques. This app makes learning to do mindful breathing very simple. Some people who struggled with motivation to learn and practice mindful breathing because it seemed too difficult seem to do well with this app. I love that the settings are so customizable.
Too big Nice app but takes up way too much space for day it does. Also, the 1:3:2 breathing pattern is wrong (it does 1:2:3).
Nice app for quick mediation breaks I use it daily two or three times a day to clear my head from work stress.
