Great for relaxation I think this app would be great for anyone who suffers from nervousness or anxiety. By concentrating on controlling your breathing, you can calm your mind and relax your body. It's the best and most effective meditation app I've ever tried.
- Don't know what to say it would be perfect with background audio. Update: Just subtracted a bunch of stars. After supporting this app for years, I have no more patience for the developer. You didn't give us background audio, you gave is a wake lock so our screen will never shut off, it will overheat, damage the display and drain the battery.
Only one problem is here, the minut is 76 seconds. Maybe is time for an update! Is very ugly to try corelate the time with the second one from Saagara, where the minute is 60 seconds. Don't tell me here is not possible. Only ****
No longer works properly Will give 5 stars when fixed. Works for about a minute then goes into double time!
Was great! I have had this app for years, and it has been perfect. Some new updates cause my buttons to stick or not work. Please fix.
Great app, but... Agree with the other reviews. Need to add ability to shut screen off. Phone overheats with use.
