The user interface is cumbersome and unintuitive, riddled with bugs that cause incessant crashes and freezes. Logging in is a lengthy process, often failing even with correct OTP entry. The backend performance is poor, frequently stalling for extended periods. Email updates after login are problematic, often failing to save changes. Uploading images is ineffective, with repeated 'Image Not Supported' errors. The myriad issues plaguing this app render it virtually unusable.

This app was purely made to torture people digitally. Bad design, super bad user interface, it's networking is mega bad, entire application is ultra bad. Shows error like 99 times, takes 20 minutes just to open. But since this is a government app such things are to be expected. To all the users out there keep your expectations to a minimum.
