Now a days when we open the app then it gives two options. 1. Narishakti App, 2. Grievance. but both the options are. ot getting selected and the app is not working. It is ridiculous. If Indian Government is giving some facilities to the people then it should be easy to use and easy to avail thise facilities.

If you've created an app, it should at least be usable. Considering your name and reputation, it should work properly. You've launched a completely useless app. On the very first page, users can't even select an option, move forward, or do anything. Why should we waste space on our phones for it? Or is the purpose just to collect our private data and information? If not, then the first thing you should do is fix and improve your app.

very worst apps. developer and government only enjoying on people's problems for login. From the first day of app, no queries resolve, no otp, no login, no customer care support, no contact number, etc. Only and only this is shameful app.
