Why is there a lock on tickets i purchase? I go to use my ticket and it says it is locked because the ticket is active. How do i unlock this or turn it off. I need access to ride the bus and light rail every day. Its absolutely ridiculous and so frustrating. I have no access to the fare i purchased and i have to pay for another fare so i don't get a citation. This needs to be fixed. It would be great if i had access.. Unlock my tickets please.
Very easy to get ripped off by the app, don't buy more than 1 ticket at a time. I had to reset my phone, it locked $25 worth of tickets saying they "are they are on a different phone" and when you try and call support you wait on hold for an hour before it transfers you to a voicemail and of course they never call back. 3 days now, 3 calls to their customer service, 3 hours on hold, still nobody has called me back
this app doesn't recognize by the bus driver, the app is good and convenient, but when i try to use it one time, the sacrt driver to be specific the driver of bus 21 doesn't even accept it. she said she don't know that and i have to pay cash that time. then i try to call the sacrt office nobody was answering the phone. coz i want to ask if i can get a refund or let them know what I've experienced that day.
Easy and convenient. Great for just in case ticket machines go out of service/break down. Will not ever get a ticket for failure to pay and or miss work etc etc ---
I paid for two tickets and they did not show, customer service did not do anything. I am going to the local RT office to report the problem.
Today I was running late and decided to use the light rail. No problem, I have a the app and a ticket already purchased. I go to open the app and get the error "You are using an unsupported version of SacRTTix. You must update our app in order to continue." I pressed the "Ok" button which took my back to the old version of the app in the Play store. So I read some reviews (mostly negative) to discover that it had been replaced by this app. This is completely unacceptable. You make me go through two onboarding processes in less than 1 years time? On top of that you're stupid message didn't let me know there was entirely different app. It just told me to update the existing one. I also don't remember how I logged into the old app so now I can't get my tickets. What a horrible experience. And on top of that this thing is called ZipPass now? I couldn't think of a worse name if I tried. I don't understand why they had to go out of their way and spend extra money just to break everything. Luckily I had cash and was barely able to get on the light rail in time.
Updated schedules page and stability fixes.
