Absolutely horrible app, worse customer service. This app is almost useless. When you open the app, every single time, it says you've been signed out. You have to go back to your insurer's website, sign in, then go thru a bunch of nonsense to transfer back to their app. Imagine doing that every time you need to schedule rides, track rides, schedule return rides, etc. Furthermore, the cust svce on the phone is SHOCKING!!! "INGRID" NEEDS TO BE FIRED!!!!

used to work pretty good up to last week, now it won't set up flexible pick-ups. booked 3 rides last week with flexible pick-ups and all 3 have 11:59pm as the pick up time instead of flexible. the READY option no longer works via text and there's no READY button on my rides. customer service can't change the return rides so they have to cancel and rebook them. Don't know what the app developers did, but they screwed it up. also, now they have AI answering calls and he's useless, he needs 2 go

missed a whole week for getting mileage reimbersement when I called no one would answer for 2 hours then would just hang up this happened 3 days in a row. finally when I did get someone they didn't know what they were doing and can't fix my online portal to book rides online. was given 12 different phone numbers to call and still isn't fixed. and still can't get reimbursed for my gas for 5 days. it's very frustrating.
