RoadReady logs teen driving practice during the Learner’s Permit phase. The app provides an easy, efficient way to ensure teens have enough experience behind the wheel in a variety of conditions before they begin to drive independently.

*Continued use of GPS running in the background can dramatically decrease battery life.

Ratings and reviews

Used it a few years ago. There were a few bugs like losing data. I used to take screenshots and regularly download the data in case the app would lose some drives. I was hesitant to use it because recent reviews were saying that it's worse now. Sor far, I haven't had any problems and it still had the old data from my previous teen deiver. I do have a recommendation. Under the road type, you have highway as an option but you don't have freeway. Please add it. It makes no sense.

Ad at the bottom of the screen makes it very hard to see what data you are entering. I think the app is a little cumbersome. When you click on the space to enter data...the actual place to make the addition drops way down at the bottom of the screen ( hiding behind the advertisement) Sometimes the app doesn't save data...maybe because our area is more remote. Other than that, the app is fine and does what is supposed to.

If you have several drives on 1 day, it will keep only 1. Have to manually change the log. Yet, they had annoying ad covering bottom of screen blocking the area to edit the drive. Also, if you edit a drive then save it, it actually doesn't save. When reopening the app, it'll say it wasn't saved and you have to save again. Contacting customer svc is no help, b/c they reply that you are not doing something correctly, even though multiple people complain about this. Use Google Sheet to log instead.
