Wouldn't let me log in to the organization. Tried contacting my Admins and still can't log into the account set up for me. Will change after it has been resolved. Has been resolved. Admin Team had to contact the safety culture team to activate the account. Which was an inconvenience to everybody's time. Just hope it doesn't happen to anybody else.

I was beginning to think I was alone in my loathing of this application until I started to read some of these reviews. I was forced to start using it by my employer and can't begin to tell you of the number of man-hours I have wasted in contact with their technical team to fix faults. This invariablyi happens on the back of one of their updates when something else always seems to trip. Added to that I've had to pay c.£180 for the privilege - they say the app is free to use but this only covers you for a small number of reports. You cannot delete your old reports off the app and are supposed to login on a computer to do so - but am still unable to carry out this out - so guess what? More of my valuable time dealing technical team to carry out this most basic of functions. I begrudge every £ I have to pay to use the app but quite frankly life is too short for the alternative shenanigans. The only upside is the technical team are very polite and helpful. Other than that - Avoid Avoid Avoid!!!

Still no update to fix the android version...... Waiting 2 weeks now... Was told it would be fixed on the 7th Edit: update now released after my review However the usability of the app is still not fantastic, it could be easier to use if you didn't have to reach for the top of the screen to select most of the things you need for an inspection. 3 stars as this is all I use it for.
