I want it to work Constantly freezes or tells me I entered incorrect information when I haven't. The worst part is there is no customer service line. I got a message telling me to ask pharmacy for help. We both thought that was funny when I brought it up with them. When it does work it is the best choice for ordering refills
Good idea but doesn't work I love this concept. If and when it works it is very helpful. I can't log in without it freezing on the Safeway screen. Sometimes says there was an error and logs me out when trying to refill RX. You think it didn't go through but usually it does. I get frustrated every time I use the app. If they fixed these issues I would give a better review.
P l e a s e F i x B u g s ! ! Always super slow and lots of errors and issues. Always goes to the "Safeway" screen between every page, and takes forever to load. Always had trouble connecting to server. With new update I cannot even open any screens. Could be so awesome if it actually worked. Please fix!!
Nice concept.... It works sometimes, others it freezes. I can't transfer my mom's prescriptions from other pharmacies. It is horrible. I have to walk a mile to the Safeway, and a mile back because they want to see the bottles to transfer..... Very inconvenient.
Used to work beautifully All too often now though, it doesn't work much at all. Times out. Can't connect to server. Logs me off. Or stays frozen on the Safeway logo screen and won't open. Until the text reminders stop working I'll keep it installed. That's the only thing to justify my keeping the app for now.
This is great...when it works. Hasn't worked since the last update. I can get to the home screen, but it will never load my account or prescriptions. Please fix this! My busy life really misses having the control and visibility of my prescriptions.
