The Balducci reward program used to be easy to use and straightforward. Since downloading the app, Ice had nothing but trouble, from setting up an account to using the app to applying coupons. Really disappointing and aggravating.

Doesn't work, seems like the store is just using this so they don't have to give discounts to customers anymore
