Pharmacy is a joke. Their new App isn't user friendly for quite a few tasks like paying for scripts, setting up for Mail delivery, ect. and that's when it's working. The APP doesn't work half the time and the pharmacy staff is the worst. They do not answer phones most days and when they do some staff are very rude. This is not an isolated event... Been ongoing since before the pandemic.

Awful. I currently only want to use it (actually I don't want to use it, but I apparently have to) for the pharmacy and it just takes me in a loop trying to sign in with a previously created account. Looks like I'm definitely not the only one. Fix it please! It's incredibly frustrating, and it's going to be a problem if I can't manage my prescriptions for myself.

Awful. Bar code search doesn't work most of the time. Text entry box forces you to the end so if you need to edit an entry you're better off starting over. App can't find staple items like milk? And searching deals? Hope you like an endless scroll.
