App updates have made it unstable. Not getting points for gas anymore a definite downgrade. It works sometimes and I have been helped a few times at the service desk. Which is why I give it 2 stars. However sometimes I can't get any help because the employees don't know how to use the app themselves. Sometimes it loses the clipped items and I lose the rewards points. Then I have to hope someone at the service desk can help me which can be frustrating. This app is average at best and unreliable.

This new app is harder to use and quite different than the previous version, but with a little practice it's not so bad. I like that you can shop from this app instead of having one app for coupons and one for shopping. One suggestion is to have an option to see all the contents clipped to "My List" at once, without having to toggle the categories--it takes too long to toggle each category every time I open the app to see the contents.

Saves money and mostly worth it but app is very slow to load and constantly freezes. I have the most updated version but continue to have the same problems. Have to reload over and over. Best to plan shopping list and rewards before you do your shopping. Much too frustrating to try to use while in the store. In other words, the offers and savings are excellent but the app is slow and cumbersome. Love my local Jewel, though. Employees are excellent and care about their customers.
