Not shopper optimized. if you want to browse the deals and weekly ad it's fine. You try to make a list for shopping there is no way to sync your list or send them to your cart. You end up having to search each item 1 by 1, doing twice the work. Good luck finding out where to use your points. They definitely hid that as well as they could to keep you from saving money. Then you get the bait and switch with a low price on the app, but that's only for drive up and go, which they don't tell you.

This could be the worst shopping app on the net. It crashes constantly, they obviously don't have enough server space for the traffic. After 4pm it almost impossible to navigate, view products, click from weekly ad to the product, and on and on. Nothing but blank pages. They should name it "The Go Back" app. They Lock you into the shopping cart too, once you're in the check out, good luck getting out... I know it's a Huge job keeping up with all the moving parts, But please fix the basics

As others have mentioned, keyboard doesn't work. Does not recognize typing so you get to order only what it decides to show you, brilliant. Then if you do finish you get a pop at the end to bring your own bags. We'll I'm not coming from home and I'm not stopping to buy bags. Maybe someone should have tried out the app before they updated it, but I'm guessing they were too concerned about getting home for the weekend. *In response to your reply. That's great, how about fixing the issue?
